Dry cured by hand using a traditional salt cure from whole legs of home reared pork legs . Cut off the bone these are cooked to perfection, you just need to carve.

1.5-2kg Serves 4-6
2-2.5kg Serves 6-8
Servings are generous and based on the Ham being the main meal element- they will serve lots more if having with other meats.
